Food halls inside resorts
Several Strip resorts now house casual food halls with multiple counter-service vendors under one roof — generally far cheaper than the resort's sit-down restaurants while still being a few steps from your hotel room.
Off-Strip and downtown options
A short rideshare off the Strip opens up considerably cheaper, often better, everyday dining — this is where a lot of locals actually eat, away from resort rents and tourist pricing.
Casino coffee shops and cafes
Most resorts keep at least one lower-key 24-hour café or coffee shop that's noticeably cheaper than the marquee restaurants in the same building — a solid default for a quick, casual meal without leaving your hotel.
